A document work set is created from a document work set template that defines properties and workflows that are associated with the document work set. Metadata is shared between the items in the document work set and workflows may be associated with the document work set as well as the individual items within the work set. Instead of just providing a view of the items in the work set when accessed, information relating to the overall work product that is represented by the document work set is displayed.

The type information includes instance-specific type information that can be instantiated to each document of the prescribed type. The type information also includes generic type information that is automatically applied to all documents of the prescribed type. Such generic type information includes policies that govern, for example, the life span of the documents or who can access the documents. Instance-specific type information can be demoted to and promoted from a document of the prescribed type. Generic type information can only be demoted to a document of the prescribed type. Type information may be demoted into a document only when the document is requested.

摘要： A content intelligence module may implement a sentiment analysis method to identify words or phrases from user-generated content that are associated with a particular sentiment. The method may comprise grouping or splitting text into different sentiment segments, tokenizing words or phrases and/or removing stopwords across the sentiment segments, performing a frequency analysis to count the words or phrases in each sentiment segment, scaling the frequency results across the sentiment segments where necessary, and removing commonly used words from the sentiment segments. The words or phrases that are left in a specific sentiment segment are the most-used words for that sentiment segment. The word cloud module therefore allows for very quick generation of a summary around sentiment segments. A sentiment overview containing the summary can be presented to a user in connection with a selected product or service with which the user-generated content is associated.

A segment variation score for each of a plurality of segments of the dimension may be determined. Each segment may correspond to one or more values of the user trait corresponding to the dimension.
