    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polyurethane foamed sheet that has a porous body layer having a uniform cell shape, and that is excellent in strength by a dry method; the polyurethane foamed sheet obtained by the same; and a leathery sheet article using the same.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a polyurethane foamed sheet includes: a synthesis process to synthesize a partially crosslinked prepolymer whose content of a terminal isocyanate group is 3-5 mass% in an organic solvent by reacting a triol mixture, the mixture containing: a diol including a polyoxyalkylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of 400-3,000, a polyoxyalkylene triol having a number average molecular weight of 3,000-8,000, and a diisocyanate compound; and a curing process in which the partially crosslinked prepolymer is mixed with a catalyst, and is heated in a moisture atmosphere to be cured, wherein 0.02-0.1 mole of the polyoxyalkylene triol is combined based on one mole of the diol.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polyurethane foam sheet which produces a prepolymer-containing reaction product having a good viscosity at room temperature without using an organic solvent, and does not require heating for melting, and a leather-like sheet-shaped material using the polyurethane foam sheet.SOLUTION: A diisocyanate compound is added to a low molecular weight glycol having a molecular weight of 60-250 to produce a reaction product containing a prepolymer and an unreacted free diisocyanate compound. The reaction product is mixed with a high molecular weight glycol having a number average molecular weight of 800-3,000 and having two hydroxyl groups and a high molecular polyhydroxy compound having a number average molecular weight of 3,000-8,000 and having three hydroxyl groups as main components, and further mixed with inert gas to produce a mixed composition having an apparent isocyanate group content of 2.0-5.0 wt.%. The mixed composition is applied onto a releasable film or a release paper, which is heated in a moisture atmosphere to be foamed and cured, thereby producing a polyurethane foam sheet. A leather-like sheet-shaped material uses the polyurethane foam sheet as an intermediate layer.
