摘要： The present invention provides a system and apparatus for a mobile CS user to access an IMS network and a registration method for accessing. The network under the present invention comprises an IMS network for providing IMS services and a CS access network. The network contains a Register Proxy Function (RPF) entity, which comprises a first interface for communicating with the IMS network and a second interface for communicating with the CS access network. The RPF entity is adapted to map a CS registration event which is originated by the mobile CS user through the second interface to an IMS registration event, and initiate registration to the IMS network through the first interface on behalf of the mobile CS user. The technical solution under the present invention enables a mobile CS user to be registered to an IMS network practicably so that the CS user can enjoy rich IMS services.

摘要： An insulator is disclosed, which includes an insulating surface. A part of the insulating surface is applied with a conductive coating having a specific resistivity. A conductive coating region having the specific resistivity and a nonconductive coating region are configured that: in a dry environment, no continuous conductive channel exists between upper and lower fittings of the insulator. The value of the leakage current that can be caused by the conductive coating region having the specific resistivity on the insulating surface enables the insulating surface to reach an ice-proof temperature in an icing climate condition. Also, a power transmission apparatus in which the insulator is adopted is disclosed. In an icing climate condition, the conductive coating can achieve the function of increasing the value of the leakage current on the surface of the insulator, so as to prevent the ice formation.

摘要： A method, an apparatus and a system for authorizing a policy and charging control rule are provided. The method includes: receiving a resource allocation request message, where the resource allocation request message indicates that a resource is allocated on a designated bearer; sending ARP information of the designated bearer to a PCRF; and receiving QoS of PCC rule authorized by the PCRF according to the ARP information of the designated bearer, and performing bearer binding according to the QoS of the authorized PCC rule. In the present invention, the PCRF acquires the ARP information of the designated bearer, so that the PCC rule authorized by the PCRF can be bound to the designated bearer, and the user equipment on the designated bearer can be successfully allocated the resource.
