    • A window type air conditioner comprises: a case (10) of which one side is positioned at an indoor side and another side is positioned at an outdoor side; an indoor heat exchanger (22) mounted inside the case positioned at the indoor side thus to be heat-exchanged with the indoor air; an indoor centrifugal fan (24) opposite to the indoor heat exchanger for generating a blowing force so that the indoor air can pass through the indoor heat exchanger; an outdoor heat exchanger (32) mounted inside the case positioned at the outdoor side thus to be heat-exchanged with the outdoor air; and an outdoor centrifugal fan (34) opposite to the outdoor heat exchanger for blowing the outdoor air by a centrifugal force. According to this, an air volume lowering due to a flow channel resistance is prevented at the time of sucking and discharging the outdoor air, and the entire size of the air conditioner is reduced.

    • A window type air conditioner comprises: a case having an indoor air suction port for sucking indoor air and an indoor air discharge port for discharging heat-exchanged air indoors; an indoor unit mounted inside the case positioned at an indoor side thus to be heat-exchanged with indoor air, and an outdoor unit mounted inside the case positioned at an outdoor side thus to be heat-exchanged with outdoor air, in which the indoor air suction port is formed at a front surface of the case and the indoor air discharge port is formed at an inclination front surface between the front surface and an upper surface of the case. According to this, indoor air smoothly flows thus to increase an air discharge amount, and a flow resistance is decreased thus to reduce noise.
