摘要： An insert device and co-culture device assembly incorporating the insert device, which includes an insert chamber with two fluid impermeable side walls that extend from a microporous bottom to an open top to form an inner cavity. The first side wall is shaped to form a convex arc that follows between about half of a circumference of the well and less than an entire circumference of the well. The second side wall joins ends of the first side wall and protrudes inward towards a center of the convex arc. A flange extends outward from or beneath the top and is notched to form a gap adjacent to the second side wall, which forms an access port allowing access to the lower chamber with a micropipette tip when the insert device is inserted into a well of a single or multi-well plate.

摘要： The disclosure discloses a method and a system for switching a working mode for a backward compatible broadband wireless network, in order to solve the technical problem of switching between each working mode when various compatible modes based on different channelized sets exist in the broadband wireless network. In the disclosure, an access point (AP) indicates its current working mode by a system configuration message; the AP instructs a non-AP associated with the AP to switch a working mode by a mode switching message or a frame exchange sequence; and the non-AP switches the working mode according to instruction information included in the mode switching message or the frame exchange sequence after receiving the mode switching message or the frame exchange sequence. Through the scheme of the disclosure, a wireless point can be switched between each working mode when various compatible modes based on different channelized sets exist in the broadband wireless network, thereby setting up a broadband wireless network supporting backward compatibility.

摘要： A method of producing a device comprises at least one displaceable operating member, wherein a foil (2) is placed into a mold and at least one polymer is injected into the mold to form a housing wall (3) adhering to the foil (2). The foil is inserted into the mold, after which said polymer is injected into the mold to form the housing wall (3) with the hole and to form a support element (6) located in the hole (5). A gap (7) is provided between the support element (6) and the housing wall (3). The support element (6) is, at least at an outer area (9) near the gap (7), adhered to the foil (2) with a reduced adhesion force compared to an adhesion force between the housing wall (3) and the foil (2). After removing the device from the mold, the support element (6) and the flexible part of the foil (2) are mutually disconnected at a location of said reduced adhesion force.
