    • A service gateway includes a fast path module for processing data packets without using packet buffers and a normal path module for processing data packets using packet buffers. The fast path module receives a service request data packet from a client side session, determines that the service request data packet cannot be processed by the fast path module, and in response, sends the service request data packet to the normal path module. After receiving the service request data packet, the normal path module retrieves a first proxy session record created by the fast path module, where the first proxy session record is associated with a client session record for the client side session, creates a second proxy session record based on the service request data packet and the client session record, and processes the service request data packet according to the second proxy session record.

    • Memory cells having split charge storage nodes and methods for fabricating memory cells having split charge storage nodes are disclosed. A disclosed method includes forming a first trench and an adjacent second trench in a semiconductor substrate, the first trench and the second trench each defining a first sidewall and a second sidewall respectively and forming a first source/drain region in the substrate and a second source/drain region in the substrate, where the first source/drain region and the second source/drain region are formed substantially under the first trench and the second trench in the semiconductor substrate respectively. Moreover, a method includes forming a bit line punch through barrier in the substrate between the first source/drain region and the second source drain region and forming a first storage element on the first sidewall of the first trench and a second storage element on the second sidewall of the second element. A word line is formed in contact with the first storage element and the second storage element.

    • A cooling pad includes a bottom section, a top section, and a middle section which together form a contoured surface to support a person's back. The contoured surface includes concave and convex sections, providing ventilated pockets which allow air to flow to a person's back. Inside the middle section there are intake holes, located on either side of the cooling pad, and exhaust holes, positioned atop and below the middle section. The intake holes allow air to be brought in from outside, while the exhaust holes direct air to cool a person's back. Fan and power systems are stored inside the middle section. The fan blows air through the exhaust holes. The system as a whole is designed to utilize negative pressure to bring fresh air in from the intakes, replacing the air the fan pushes through the exhaust holes. The resulting airflow prevents back sweat from occurring.
