    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electric machine capable of maintaining cooling performance of a coil end portion, even if the rotating electric machine is inclined in a specific direction. SOLUTION: The rotating electric machine includes a rotor freely rotatable around a rotation shaft; a stator having a plurality of slots opposing to the circumferential surface of the rotor; coils wound on each of the plurality of slots; and a coil end portion 1 as a region where the coils protrude from the end position of the axial direction of the stator in the axial direction. Furthermore, the rotating electric machine has a supply path 4 (cooling liquid supply section) for supplying a cooling liquid, and a gutter 3 used as a flow path of the cooling liquid supplied from the supply path 4. The gutter 3 includes at least one partitioning section 12 (partitioning means) which is formed on the midway of the flow path to separate the cooling liquid and blocks the separated cooling liquid, and a discharge port 11, which is provided per partitioned portion 20 partitioned by the partitioning section 12 and discharges the cooling liquid toward the coil end portion 1.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electric machine capable of maintaining cooling performance of a coil end portion, even if the rotating electric machine is inclined in a specified direction, while suppressing the cost at a low level.
      SOLUTION: The rotating electric machine M includes a rotor 8 freely rotatable about an axis of rotation; a stator 6 having a plurality of slots facing the circumferential surface of the rotor 8; coils C1 wound on each of the plurality of slots; and a coil end portion 1, as a region where the coils C1 protrude from the end position of the axial direction of the stator 6 in the axial direction. Furthermore, the rotating electric machine M includes a pump 10 (cooling liquid supply portion) etc. for supplying a cooling liquid; and a cylinder 3 for making the cooling liquid supplied from the pump 10, and so on, flow inside and is provided in the vicinity of the upper part of the stator 6 substantially parallel to the rotation shaft of the rotor 8. Since the rotating electric machine has a plurality of discharge ports 4 having different discharge direction for discharging the cooling liquid, the cooling performance of the coil end portion 1 can be maintained and improved. Since the rotating electric machine is realized by a simple constitution, manufacturing cost is suppressed at a low level.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stress of a leader wire which occurs during the assembly process of a stator and thereby securing the insulation properties of a coil in the stator and a rotary electric machine including the stator.SOLUTION: A leader line 36 and a power line 38 are electrically connected through an intermediate bus bar 40 which enables stress absorption. The leader line 36 and the intermediate bus bar 40 are enclosed by a resin member 42 in which the intermediate bus bar 40 is inserted, at a connection part 44 of the leader line 36 and the intermediate bus bur 40, and a tip 36a of the leader line 36 and a tip 40a of the intermediate bus bar 40 are welded to each other. This structure suppresses the residual stress occurring after the welding of the leader line 36 and the intermediate bus bar 40 in the assembly process of the stator 14.
