    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing swash plate compressor, keeping a lubrication state of a sliding part without increase in bearing of the sliding part, and using a constant-velocity joint with improved reliability as a detent mechanism. SOLUTION: A constant-velocity joint 7 is constituted of an inner ring 73, an outer ring 71, balls a cage 72. Oil retaining grooves 75 are disposed at an approximately center part in an axial direction of a sphere sliding part as non-sliding part between the inner ring and the cage of the constant-velocity joint or between the cage and the outer ring, so as to keep a good sliding condition between the cage and the inner ring/outer ring. The constant-velocity joint is adopted as a detent mechanism of a swing swash plate compressor 100, the outer ring 71 is fitted and fixed to a wobble plate 6, and the inner ring 73 is movably supported by a center shaft 8.       SOLUTION: This swirl scroll back pressure thrust support mechanism comprises a spiral swirl scroll, a spiral fixed scroll engaged with the spiral swirl scroll, and the swirl scroll back pressure thrust support mechanism. The thrust support mechanism comprises a back pressure chamber into which the compressed refrigerant gas is introduced and a back pressure leading hole having one end part connected to the back pressure chamber to introduce fluid into the back pressure chamber. The swirl scroll is supported by the refrigerant gas introduced into the back pressure chamber. The other end part of the back pressure leading hole is provided at at least one of a groove for the tip seal of the swirl scroll or the tip seal of the fixed scroll.
