      SOLUTION: The cement composition for grout contains a binding material, an accelerator containing a sulfate except calcium and the like, a polyether-based water superreducer and a coagulation controller consisting of an organic acid and the like. In the case of the cement composition for grout containing a granulated blast furnace slag and a gas foaming substance, the binding material comprises a 3CaO-SiO
      2 solid solution, a hydraulic material containing 11CaO-7Al
      2 O
      3 -CaF
      2 and anhydrous gypsum and a rapid curing material containing calcium aluminosilicate glass and anhydrous gypsum and contains them in a specific ratio. The grouting material is the mixture of the cement composition for grout, a fine aggregate and water. The rate of water to the binding material is favorably 35-45%.

      SOLUTION: The cement hardened body having open cell is produced by a production method, which comprises: a kneading stage S1 where a water soluble fiber dissolved in water at a fixed temperature or above is kneaded with cement, an aggregate and water at a temperature lower than the fixed temperature; a placing stage S2 where the kneaded product is placed in a molding flask; a curing stage S3 where the kneaded product is hardened at least till it self-stands in a state where the temperature of the kneaded product is held to the temperature lower than the fixed temperature, so as to form a self-standing hardened body, it is made into a high temperature state more than the fixed temperature, and the water soluble fiber is dissolved, thus, while open cells are formed, curing is performed; and a demolding stage S4 where the demolding is performed after the drying.
