      SOLUTION: The scraping-out device 14 has a scraping-out bar 17 advanced and retreated along an upper surface of the fire grades 3, and the scraping-out plates 18 installed by crossing the scraping-out bar 17, and advanced and retreated toward the ash discharge port 2 in response to advance and retreat of the scraping-out bar 17, and alternately or successively advances and retreats a plurality of scraping-out units 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict blow-by of supplied air and meshing by catching a block of object to be processed and to enable the object to be processed and the supplied air to contact at rear parts of movable and fixed grate panels 1a, 1b as well as to improve a cooling protection effect of the movable and fixed grate panels 1a, 1b by the supplied air.
      SOLUTION: The movable grate panel 1a and the fixed grate panel 1b respectively having air passages 2 formed by penetrating an upper face and a lower face are alternatively provided by overlapping each front part on a rear part of the adjacent fixed grate panel 1b or the movable grate panel 1a adjacent in front, the movable grate panel 1a does reciprocating motion back and forth to press ahead the object to be processed and air supplied from downward is made to contact with the object to be processed through the air passages 2. In the movable grate, the air passages 2 consists of a rear part air passage 2a provided at rear parts of the movable and fixed grate panels 1a, 1b and front part air passages provided at front parts of the movable and fixed grate panels 1a, 1b. At least an upper end side of the rear part air passage 2a is formed in a direction making a right angle to an upper face and at least an upper end side of the front part air passage 2b is formed in a direction slanting forward to an upper face.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid waste disposal burner with excellent endurance capable of disposing liquid waste in which sludge is mixed without problems. SOLUTION: The liquid waste disposal burner is provided with a mixer 7 mixing the liquid waste with air, a burner pipe 3 extending from the mixer 7 toward the inside of a furnace, and an outer pipe 5 extending along the outside of the burner pipe 3. A width of a flow path in the mixer 7 and the burner pipe 3 is 5 mm or over. A space 17 which cooling airflow is flowed through is formed between an inner periphery of the outer pipe 5 and an outer periphery of the burner pipe 3. Gas and liquid can be mixed in good condition and mixture of the gas and liquid can be discharged at a pressure and a velocity nearly equal to those of a nozzle by getting a diameter of the burner pipe 3 to be 5 mm or over. As a cooling means for the burner pipe 3 is provided, the liquid waste remaining in the burner is not carbonized and the burner pipe is free from oxidation corrosion or the like due to the remaining liquid waste. Se abre una puerta 33, que esta dispuesta en la pared trasera de una rejilla estatica 31, en un enfriador de clinker 30, para ajustar las barras de empuje 40 hasta un material de sello 34 en la abertura, para empujar una masa grande de revestimiento C2, que permanecia estacionaria sobre la rejilla estatica 31. Las barras de empuje 40 estan hechas para tener una doble estructura tubular, y son enfriadas inyectando agua de enfriamiento desde tubos de suministro 45. Al configurar como se describe arriba, se provee un aparato ventajoso para eliminar masas grandes de revestimiento, que puede retirar las masas grandes de revestimiento que permanecen estacionarias en una seccion de enfriamiento de clinker, de manera confiable, sin trabajo manual, y que automatiza el trabajo de eliminacion, y que provee mantenimiento y manejo excelentes.
