    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device equipped with a solar cell module which excels in durable reliability and maintainability at trouble occurrence time.SOLUTION: A solar cell module is composed of an array of packages. The packages each comprise: a first inorganic material substrate having light transmissivity; a second inorganic material substrate disposed oppositely to the first inorganic material substrate leaving a space in between; one or a plurality of photovoltaic power generation devices, disposed between the first and the second inorganic material substrates, and arranged so that its first inorganic material substrate side of those is a light-receiving face; an inorganic material encapsulation member, disposed between the first and the second inorganic material substrates, which is formed so as to encapsulate from the outside a space in which the photovoltaic power generation device is disposed by enclosing the outer periphery of the photovoltaic power generation device while sandwiching the photovoltaic power generation device between the first and the second inorganic material substrates; and a positive and a negative electrode terminal connected to the photovoltaic power generation device and led out to the outside from the encapsulated space in which the photovoltaic power generation device is disposed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a touch panel thin to improve its transmissivity and to prevent decrease in the manufacturing yield.SOLUTION: A light shield film 20 composed of a metallic deposition film having a thickness of 1 μm or thinner is formed on one surface of a transparent glass substrate 2 and outside an area where a touch surface electrode pattern is formed. A transparent insulator film 22 is formed so as to cover the light shield film 20. An insulator film 22 has a first electrode pattern 4, a dielectric film 6, and a second electrode pattern 8 formed thereon. A protection film 10 is formed so as to cover the electrode pattern 8. The other surface of the substrate 2 opposite to the surface where the electrode patterns 4 and 8, etc. are formed serves as a touch surface.
