    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for obtaining an in-mold coated molded article which has excellent smoothness and is almost free from inverted blisters in the compression molding or injection molding of a heat-curing molding material containing a vegetable fiber as a reinforcement.
      SOLUTION: The in-mold coat molding method comprises: (A) a process to mold a resin molded article using a vegetable fiber as a reinforcement by the compression molding or injection molding of the heat-curing molding material in a cavity; (B) a process to set the mold temperature or the mold temperature, of the face side, for coating the resin molded article inside the mold to such a level that the mold temperature, is lower than the temperature to cure the heat-curing molding material but allows the in-mold coating composition composed of a heat-curing resin to sufficiently cure, after the resin molded article is cured to such a degree that it can endure the injection pressure and the flow pressure of the in-mold coating composition; and (C) a process to inject the in-mold coating composition into a space between the surface, to be coated in-mold, of the resin molded article and the inner wall of the mold and cure the in-mold coating composition as a film on the surface of the resin molded article.
