    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block copolymer and a composition for peroxide vulcanization, both maintaining the cold resistance of a cold-resistant fluorine-containing rubber and exhibiting a hardness as low as possible and an excellent fuel-low-permeability; and automobile parts of fuel systems prepared by molding the composition.
      SOLUTION: The block copolymer only consists of: a fluorine-containing elastomer segment (A) having a composition which has either (1) the composition ratio of a vinylidene fluoride/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer being 50-85/15-50 mol% or (2) the composition ratio of a vinylidene fluoride/tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether being 45-85/1-30/14-30 mol%; and a fluorine-containing resin segment (B) melt-moldable with the fluorine-containing elastomer segment (A). The block copolymer has iodine atoms and can be vulcanized with a peroxide.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide acryl-fluorine composite polymer particles, which can secure water resistance even by a forced drying method and which can reduce the amount of fluororesin while maintaining weather resistance and chemical resistance, and to provide an aqueous coating material composition using the particles.SOLUTION: The acryl-fluorine composite polymer particles comprise: a vinylidene fluoride polymer (A)containing, as structural units, at least one type of a fluoroolefin unit selected from a group consisting of a tetrafluoroethylene unit, a hexafluoropropylene unit and a chlorotrifluoroethylene unit, and a vinylidene fluoride unit; and a crosslinkable acrylic polymer (B) containing a (meth)acrylic acid ester unit (b1) which is compatible with the vinylidene fluoride polymer (A), a (meth)acrylic acid ester unit (b2) which is incompatible with the vinylidene fluoride polymer (A), and a (meth)acrylic monomer unit (b3) having a crosslinkable group cross-linkable by heating. The mass ratio of vinylidene fluoride polymer (A)/crosslinkable acrylic polymer (B) is 10/90 to 90/10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of fluorine-containing seed polymer particles that is excellent in compatibility with a fluorine-containing polymer serving as seed particles, despite a large proportion of an acrylic ester polymer subjected to seed polymerization, and yields a transparent coating film when used as a coating film-forming component in a water-based paint composition.SOLUTION: In the aqueous dispersion of the fluorine-containing seed polymer particles, the fluorine-containing seed polymer particles are obtained by carrying out seed polymerization of a monomer mixture comprising an acrylic ester monomer and a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing vinyl monomer using the fluorine-containing polymer particles comprising at least one fluoroolefin unit as the seed particles. Here, the amount of the acrylic ester monomer unit contained is 40-400 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass fluorine-containing polymer particles, and the amount of the hydrolyzable silyl group-containing vinyl monomer unit contained is 0.1-2 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass acrylic ester monomer unit. The water-based paint composition comprises the same.
