    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroplastic-containing laminate which keeps interlaminar adhesion even if the fluoroplastic-containing laminate is baked at a high temperature for a long time.
      SOLUTION: The fluoroplastic-containing laminate includes a base material (1), a substrate layer (2) formed by forming a metal powder and/or a ceramic powder on the base material (1) by flame spraying and a coating film (3) obtained by coating the substrate layer (2) with a coating composition. The coating composition is composed of an amide group-containable polymer compound (A) having an amide group or being to have the amide group, an anti-oxidizing substance (B) capable of suppressing the oxidation of the amide group and a fluoroplastic (C), and the amide group-containable polymer compound (A) is an amide group-containing polymer (a1) having an amide group and an aromatic ring and/or an amide group-containing polymer precursor (a2) to be changed to the amide group-containing polymer (a1) by baking performed when the coating composition is applied. The anti-oxidizing substance (B) is 0.1-20 mass% of the sum total of the amide group-containable polymer compound (A) and the anti-oxidizing substance (B).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate containing a fluororesin which has a thin fluororesin layer and heat-resistant adhesive properties equal to a chromium phosphate primer, even when the laminate is calcined at a high temperature for a long time, despite its including a primer layer containing no hexavalent chromium and also has excellent surface smoothness.
      SOLUTION: This laminate has a coating film (2) of a coating material composition and a fluororesin layer (3) laid in that order on a material to be coated (1), and the coating film (2) is formed of a coating material composition composed of an amide group-containable polymer compound (B) which has an amide group or can have an amide group and an oxidation-resistant substance (C) which can inhibit the oxidation of the amide group. The amide group-containable polymer compound (B) is an amide group-containing polymer (b1) having the amide group and an aromatic ring and/or an amide group-containing polymer precursor (b2) which changes to the amide group-containing polymer (b1). The oxidation-resistant substance (C) accounts for 0.1 to 20 mass% of the sum of the amide group-containable polymer compound (B) and the oxidation-resistant substance (C). Further, the fluororesin layer (3) is less than 200 μm thick.
