    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound having low adverse effects and exhibiting excellent human SGLT inhibiting activity as an active component and useful for the treatment or prevention of hyperglycemia, glucose intolerance, diabetes-related diseases and diabetic complications caused by type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, pregnancy diabetes and other factors. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains a compound expressed by general formula (I) or its pharmacologically allowable salt [in the formula, R 1 is a hydrogen atom, an amino group, a mono or di(1-6C alkyl)amino group, a 1-6C alkyl group, a hydroxy(1-6C alkyl) group or the like; R 2 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group; R 3 is a 1-6C alkyl group, a hydroxy(1-6C alkyl) group, a 1-6C alkyl group or the like; R 4 is a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group, a 2-7C acyl group, a 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl group or the like; R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 may be the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group (wherein, R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 are not hydrogen atoms at the same time); R 9 is a halogen atom; n is 0-4; and X is CH or N].
