    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that oxygen cannot be sufficiently fed to a microorganism living in contaminated soil in a conventional contaminated soil cleaning method.
      SOLUTION: The contaminated soil cleaning method produces oxygen-dissolved water with a high concentration in which all gases dissolved in water are oxygen using an oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus 1. A contaminated water recovery passage 61 for returning contaminated water of the contaminated soil to the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus is provided between the contaminated soil 10Z in which the microorganism lives and the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus, and an oxygen-dissolved water feeding part for feeding oxygen-dissolved water 5W to the contaminated soil from the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus is provided. Thereby, a circulation closed loop route 100 for water returned from the contaminated soil to the contaminated soil via the contaminated water recovery passage, the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus and the oxygen-dissolved water feeding part is formed. Via the circulation closed loop route, recovery of the contaminated water from the contaminated soil to the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus, production of oxygen-dissolved water using contaminated water by the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus, and feeding of oxygen-dissolved water from the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus to the contaminated soil are repeated.

      SOLUTION: In the contaminated soil cleaning method, oxygen-dissolved water with a high concentration in which all gases dissolved in water are oxygen is fed to the contaminated soil 10Z in which the microorganism lives. The contaminated soil cleaning apparatus 1 is provided with an oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus 2, an oxygen feeding means 3 for feeding oxygen to the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus, an oxygen pressure adjustment means 4 for setting the pressure of oxygen fed to the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus to an atmospheric pressure or higher, a water feeding means 5 for feeding water to the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus, and an oxygen-dissolved water feeding means 7 for feeding oxygen-dissolved water produced in the oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus to the contaminated soil. The oxygen-dissolved water production apparatus is provided with an oxygen dissolving chamber 11, and produces oxygen-dissolved water with a high concentration in which all gases dissolved in water are oxygen by passing water fed from the water feeding means into oxygen in which the pressure is retained to a pressure of an atmospheric pressure or higher in the oxygen dissolving chamber by the oxygen feeding means and the oxygen pressure adjustment means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolving device which suppresses a reduction in the flow down rate and in the quantity of a passing liquid such as water, and dissolves oxygen into the liquid efficiently. Furthermore, since the added activated water A' is sprayed as waterdrop or fog, the contact area between the gas G to be treated and the added activated water A' can be increased as compared to the case of aerating and deodorizing the gas G to be treated in the liquid to which the microorganisms are added. As a result, contact frequency between the microorganisms and malodorous substances is increased and the decomposition of the malodorous substances can further be facilitated.
