With this construction, a stopper ring 17 for regulating the position in the axial direction of the inner ring 3a with respect to a shaft 15 is located so as not to protrude from the end surface in the axial direction of the rolling bearing 1a with seal ring. The problem can be solved because the diameter of the sliding contact portion is kept small.
