摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predetermining the maximum addition amount of an organic cation polymer so as not to leave the polymer in a filtrate, in a method for adding the organic cation polymer to mud high in water content generated in civil engineering construction before dehydrating mud. SOLUTION: The adsorption quantity (mmol/100 g solid) of methylene blue of mud to be treated is measured and a value, which is obtained by multiplying this measured value by the molecular weight of the constituent monomer in the cation polymer, is multiplied by the reciprocal of the mol ratio of the cation polymer to calculate the maximum addition amount (% per a solid) and the actual addition amount of the cation polymer is determined on the basis of the calculated maximum addition amount.

SOLUTION: This alkaline muddy soil treating method is used for neutralizing the alkaline muddy soil containing cement or cement solidifying agent. This method comprises a step to add the acid substance such as phosphoric acid and a retarder such as cane sugar to the alkaline muddy soil and mix them. As a result, since the increase of the pH of the alkaline muddy soil owing to the hydration reaction of the cement is restrained by the retarder, the amount of the acid substance to be used for neutralization can be reduced and the neutralized muddy soil can be prevented from becoming alkaline since the pH does not increase again owing to the dehydration reaction of the cement. CONSTITUTION:Concrete is placed after treating tile with a surface stain preventive agent containing; (1) poly(meth)acrylic amide partial hydrolyzed product of 100000-3000000 molecular weight and 5-50mol% hydrolytic ratio; (2) a polymer of 100000-3000000 molecular weight of 50-95mol% of (meth)acrylic amide and 5-50mol% of (meth)acrylic acid and/or its salt; and/or (3) a polymer of 500000 or higher molecular weight of 5-10 mol% of acrylic amide propane sulfonate and 95-0mol% of (meth)acrylic amide and/or its salt. Thereby, water-soluble high-molecular polymers of (1)-(3) form a film for a concrete-placed surface of the tile, and besides finely coagulate cement components and fine particle contents. They prevent bleeding by thickening operation, and prevent grout effectively from leaking.

The resulting fresh concrete is centrifugally molded.
