    • The present invention relates to a display device, and more particularly to a display device in which gate lines and a main gate driver can be repaired. The display device includes a plurality of pixels respectively including a switching element, a gate line connected to the switching element, and first and second gate drivers respectively including a plurality of stages that are interconnected and sequentially generate output signals. Any one of the stages of the first gate driver and any one of the stages of the second gate driver are connected to the same gate line. In this manner, gate drivers that generate the same output are disposed in one gate line on the left and right sides. It is therefore possible to repair disconnected gate lines without using a laser.

    • A display device includes a flexible panel and a cover member. The flexible panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate includes a first support layer in which an organic insulation layer and an inorganic insulation layer are stacked thereon, and a thin-film transistor and a pixel electrode disposed on the first support layer. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The second substrate includes an organic insulation layer and a second support layer on which the inorganic insulation layer is deposited. The cover member covers an outer surface of the flexible panel. Thus, a display device is manufactured by using a support layer on which an organic insulation layer and an inorganic insulation layer are coated as a base substrate, so that defects generated in a manufacturing process may be prevented.

    • The present invention relates to a master for manufacturing a mold, a mold for manufacturing a display device, a manufacturing method of the mold using the master, and a manufacturing method of the display device using the mold in an imprinting process. A master for manufacturing a mold according to one or more embodiments of the present invention comprises a substrate, and a master pattern formed on the substrate and comprising an embossed portion, wherein the embossed portion comprises levees formed on both edges thereof. A side surface of the embossed portion may form an angle of about 60 to 90 degrees with a surface of the substrate. When the mold manufactured using the master is used in the imprinting process to manufacture the display device, air bubbles are kept away from the side surface of a resin pattern. Accordingly, defects of the wire pattern of the display device may be prevented.
