摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the degree of ruggedness of a decorative sheet and to form a pattern having a deeply hewn stereoscopic and high quality feelings by fusion-bonding a thermally fusible substance to a recess, and forming a bulky protrusion by thermal foaming of a foaming agent impregnated in an air gap communicating with an exterior. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 10a containing air gaps communicating with an exterior and a thermally fusible substance is pressed in a heated pressure mold 16 having a patternlike protrusion 15. A fusion-bonding recess 18 corresponding to the protrusion 15 of the mold 16 and a protrusion 21 corresponding to the recess 20 of the mold 16 are respectively formed by the pressing. Then, the sheet 10b is impregnated with a foaming agent 23. In this case, since the recess 18 is in a fusion-bonding state, the recess 18 is not impregnated with the agent 23, but only the protrusion 21 is impregnated with the agent 23 in the air gaps communicating with the exterior. The sheet is heated in this state to foam the agent 23 to further expand only the protrusion 21, thereby obtaining a decorative sheet 10 of the object of increasing the ruggedness of the pattern.

The sheet has a strength satisfied for filling the spaces of structures and is useful as a raw material for resin-packaging bags.

One favorable example of the resilient, porous sheet-form object is nonwoven fabric, in particular one made of natural fibers, for example of cotton. The sheet can be reinforced by laminating a net-shaped object made of a material having a biodegradation property on the surface of the film.
