摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and rapidly attach a tubular enclosing material composed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin to a tension member and automate an enclosing step by cutting the tubular enclosing material to be opened the longitudinal axial line direction and performing operations under specific conditions. SOLUTION: A tubular enclosing material is cut open in the longitudinal axial direction thereof and the cross section of the enclosing material is extended along the longitudinal cut edge part of the tubular enclosing material using an enclosing element. The extended tubular enclosing material is then attached to a tension member 4 to complete the extending step. Thereby, the tubular enclosing material is attached to the tension member 4. The tubular enclosing material is preferably continuously extended and continuously attached to the tension member 4 and the tubular enclosing material is preferably extended for each of the sections 7a and 7b and attached to the tension member 4 for each of the sections 7a and 7b.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel wire tension member used for civil engineering construction which has a high corrosion prevention means against various substances causing corrosion and is manufactured economically. SOLUTION: This steel wire tension member is formed by twisting a lot of single wires into a strand and treated by a corrosion prevention method. The each single wire 1 is composed of a core wire 6 and a corrosion-prevention, metal-plate, through coating material 7, which is so bonded as to firmly stick to the core wire 6 at least by a cold deformation process. In a wedge anchor part which is arranged in a conical hole and has a prestress element composed of a fan-shaped annular wedge 3 supporting a tooth part 8 in its inside, the thickness of the coating material 7 of the core with 6 and the heights and the inclinations of the teeth 11 are so adjusted one after another that the tips of the teeth 11 are prevented from entering therein through the coating material 7, when the tips fasten and fix the prestress element.

摘要： A corrosion-protected tension member, such as a tendon for prestressed concrete with post-tensioning, is made up of a bundle of individual tension elements, such as strands, arranged within a tubular envelope. The tension member extends between anchoring devices, each forming an anchor region for the tension member with a free region located between the anchor regions. In the free region, the tubular envelope is formed of a sheathing tube. Each individual element is located within a separate sheathing duct, and a corrosion-protection mass fills the space within the ducts about the elements. The open volume within the sheathing tube around the sheathed elements is filled with cement mortar. In the anchor regions, the tubular envelope includes an anchor tube enclosing an anchor pot. The anchor pot has a base with openings through which the individual elements pass in a sealed manner. The anchor pot is filled with a corrosion-protection mass. Accordingly, the individual elements are axially movable and retensionable along their entire lengths. The sheathing ducts and the anchor pot separate the cement mortar from the individual tension elements in the free region extending between the anchor pots.
