    • A prefabricated steel structural building system is disclosed. The system comprising connecting bolt sets laid on a building foundation according to desired building pattern; prefabricated panels comprising wall prefabricated panels, window prefabricated panels and door prefabricated panels. Window/door openings are reserved on a front board, a rear board as well as on the light gauge steel frame forming the window/door panels, in which window and door openings windows and doors are installed. Connecting assemblies of various types with each connecting assembly secured on the building foundation according to the desired building pattern by fitting a connecting bolt set on the corresponding position through a base of a bottom central square tube of the connecting assembly and engaging a nut; the respective prefabricated panels are jointed to connecting assemblies in corresponding positions to form a framework of the building according to the desired building pattern. The prefabricated steel structural building construction system of the present invention provides modularized wall, which can facilitate transportation and in the meantime can reduce, if cannot completely avoid, noises of wastes generated by on-site panel fabrication.     • Abstract The present invention discloses a type of scaffolding arrangement having a framing unit which comprises of an arched adjustment device including an arched adjustable bar and positioning mechanism that is used to secure the adjustable bar. Both ends of the arched bar penetrate the two feet of the first /second stile respectively. When the scaffolding frame unit is in an open position, the first end cap locates on the top of the first stile and the second end cap locates on the top of the second stile cooperate in the way of limiting the relative movement with each other. With the arched adjustment device, the height of any foot of the scaffolding can be adjusted within a range of 15cm. When construction work is made on the bumpy ground, it can get the four feet of the scaffolding framing unit firmly located on the horizontal plane and increase the use of safety. Because of the simplified structure of the aforementioned arched adjustment device, rapidly adjusted can be realized with strong practicability. With the use of connecting mechanism of retractable scaffolding framing unit and scaffold planks, the scaffolding can be turned into a construction platform which has a certain height and working surface.     • This invention discloses a prefabricated panel and its fixed installation structure. The former includes the light steel frame as well as front and rear plates, the light steel frame includes the left and right side frames as well as upper and lower side frames which enclose to form a square frame. The U-shaped notches of the left and right side frames are set towards left and right respectively, which enables the prefabricated panel to insert with structural members via the U-shaped notches. The front and rear connecting arms of the left and right side frames are provided with mounting holes for screw penetration to fix the prefabricated panel onto the structural members. The front and rear plates are laid on the light steel frame as the front and rear panels of the light steel frame respectively, the top and bottom surfaces of the upper and lower side frames are exposed. The in-built light steel frame in the prefabricated panel of this invention, which takes advantage of the "skin effect" technical principles to lay the light panels outside, has played a stronger performance than a single material. The light steel frame set in the prefabricate panel are exposed around the prefabricated panel, which enables the prefabricated panels to adopt the current connection technology of steel structure to have easy and effective connection with the steel structure.     • Channel State Information (CSI) is reported by a subscriber station to a base station. The CSI is reported periodically for at least two physical uplink control channels (PUCCH). In case of a collision between a report for a first PUCCH and a report for the second PUCCH, each of the report types is partitioned into one of a number of classes, which include: a first class for rank indicator related report types and wideband (WB) W1 report types; a second class for WB report types or WB channel quality indicator report types; and a third class for subband related report types or W1 report types. A priority rule assigns a priority to each of the classes. The CSI feedback reports are transmitted according to the priority rule such that the report type included in a higher class is transmitted and the report type included in the lower class are dropped.
