摘要： The present invention provides coated films and packages formed from such films. In one aspect, a coated film comprises (a) a film comprising (i) a first layer comprising from 70 to 100 percent by weight of a linear low density polyethylene having a density less than 0.930 g/cm 3 and a peak melting point of less than 126° C; (ii) a second layer comprising from 60 to 100 percent by weight polyethylene having a density of 0.905 to 0.970 g/cm 3 and a peak melting point in the range of 100° C to 135° C; and (iii) at least one inner layer between the first layer and the second layer comprising from 40 to 100 percent by weight of a high density polyethylene having a density from 0.930 to 0.970 g/cm 3 and a peak melting point in the range of 120° C to 135° C; and (b) a coating on an outer surface of the second layer of the film comprising polyurethane. In another aspect, the coated film comprises a monolayer comprising from 70 to 100 percent by weight of a polyethylene having a density less than 0.930 g/cm 3 , a melt index (I2) of less than 2.0g/10 minutes and a peak melting point of less than 126° C, and a coating on an outer surface of the film comprising polyurethane In some embodiments, the coated film is thermally resistant under the sealing conditions of ASTM 1921-98 over a temperature range of 80° C to 180° C, and/or has a gloss of at least 70 units at 60°.

摘要： A two-component solventless polyurethane adhesive composition including (A) at least one isocyanate component and (B) at least one polyol component. The isocyanate component (A) comprises an isocyanate prepolymer that is the reaction product of (Ai) a polyisocyanate and (Aii) an isocyanate-reactive component; wherein the isocyanate-reactive component comprises (Aiia) at least one polyol having a functionality greater than two, (Aiib) at least one aromatic polyester polyol having a functionality of greater than two, and (Aiic) at least one hydrophobic polyol. The polyol component (B) comprises (Bi) at least one polyether polyol having a functionality greater than two, (Bii) at least one aromatic polyester polyol transesterified with a natural oil, and (Biii) at least one phosphate ester polyol. A method for forming a laminate is also disclosed, the method comprising the steps of: (I) mixing the above reactants (components (A) and (B)) to form a solventless adhesive composition, (II) applying a layer of the solventless adhesive composition to a surface of a first substrate, (III) bringing the layer of the solventless adhesive composition on the first substrate into contact with a surface of a second substrate to form a laminate, and (IV) curing the solventless adhesive composition. A laminate comprising the above solventless adhesive composition is also disclosed.

摘要： The present invention provides coated films and packages formed from such films.
