    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone resin film having high thermal stability, excellent flexibility, high tensile strength, high elastic modulus, and high coefficient of thermal expansion, and a method for preparing the same, and to provide a silicone composition for giving the silicone resin film.SOLUTION: A nanomaterial-filled silicone composition contains: a hydrosilylation-curable silicone composition containing silicone resin having at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups or silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule on average; and a carbon nanomaterial. Moreover, a method of preparing a silicone resin film includes the steps of: coating a release liner with the nanomaterial-filled silicone composition comprising the hydrosilylation-curable silicone composition having at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl groups or silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule on average and the carbon nanomaterial; and heating the coated release liner at a temperature sufficient to cure the silicone resin.
