摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically conceal the tip of a writing core to the inside of the cap when the clip is inserted on an apparel or a pocket collar, and prevent the contamination of the apparel with ink or an unevenness from occurring. SOLUTION: This safe knocking type writing utensil includes an external cylinder 2, the writing core 10, the cap 20, an elastic member 26, the clip 30, a bushing member 40, and a knocking means. In this case, the writing core 10 is inserted in the external cylinder 2, and wherein ink is stored, and the tip is provided. The cap 20 is incorporated in the external cylinder 2, and wherein the tip section of the writing core 10 is located. The elastic member 26 is provided between the cap 30 and the writing core 10, and applies a force to the writing core 10 in the opposite direction from the cap. The clip 30 is incorporated in the external cylinder 2, and wherein a long bar 34 is formed. The bushing member 40 is movably inserted in the external cylinder 2. The knocking means is provided between the writing core 10 and the bushing member 40, and maintains the writing state when a first depressing of the bushing member 40 to the tip side is performed, and presents a released state when a second depressing is performed. Also, the knocking means presents a storage state when the bar 34 of the clip 30 is lifted to the side becoming distal from the external cylinder 2 while being under the writing state.

SOLUTION: The safety pushbutton type writing instrument comprises a barrel having a moving groove formed in a predetermined length, a clip having a locking protrusion projected from a rear surface of a hook part of a predetermined length near its distal end and assemble with an end of the barrel, a writing medium having a writing tip provided at its end, an elastic member for always backward urging the medium, a moving member formed with a safety piece of a predetermined length and having a fixed protrusion locked to the locking protrusion of the clip projected from an outer surface of the safety piece near its distal end, a pressing member having a pressing piece contacted with an upper surface of the moving member at an intermediate part, and a knock member for maintaining a forward state of the medium when the pressing member is advanced in a state in which the fixed protrusion of the moving member is locked to the locking protrusion of the clip and operating to become a state in which the medium is backward moved by an urging force of the elastic member when the pressing member is again advanced.
