摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent legs from being dragged under a sitting part, to lower a sitting surface near an installation surface, to simplify a driving means, to reduce weight and to lower a cost. SOLUTION: When a sitting part 20 freely elevatably and lowerably attached to a main body frame 10 is elevated by a driving motor 17, a leg supporting part 30 is pulled backwards by a connection link body 50 connected between the main body frame 10 and the leg supporting part 30 and an almost vertical posture is attained. On the other hand, when the sitting part 20 is lowered, the leg supporting part 30 is pushed forwards by the connection link body 50 and lower legs are prevented from being dragged.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and practical attendant aid which can be installed easily on welfare equipment such as wheelchairs with a lighter weight and a reduced maintenance and enables adding of an auxiliary motive power without batteries to a pushing force when attendants are about to push or to a retracting force when the attendants are about to retract on up or down hills for reducing burdens on the attendants. SOLUTION: The attendant aid is constituted of a non-contact electric power supply part, which is buried under a floor or the ground at a location requiring power supplementing functions, and a power receiving/control part, a motive power part and an attendant detection part which are installed additionally on the wheelchair or the like. Electric power for motive power is transmitted in a non-contact fashion without a battery part. A roller for the motive power part for transmitting the motive power to the wheels of the wheelchair is built so as to rotate freely when it receives no electric power by the non-contact electric power supply but when there is no power source, it remains unchanged in operability with the ordinary wheelchair. After the supply of power by the non-contact operation is started to the wheelchair, dangerous states, for example, releasing the wheelchair by the attendant are detected by the attendant detection part to perform safety functions for keeping the wheelchair at a rest with the roller.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimizing the mounting of an electronic part in which the total moving distance of a mounter head can be shortened as much as possible within a practical time and a substantially optimal arrangement of a feeder can be determined. SOLUTION: Total moving distance of a mounter head 22 is optimized in an electronic part mounting machine in which the mounter head 22 moves between an electronic part feeding section 12 arranged with a plurality of feeders 14 at specified positions and a board 16 to be mounted with a plurality of types of electronic part 24 and mounts the electronic part 24 at the part feeding section 12 on the board 16. Character data indicative of the arranging positions of the plurality of feeders 14 in the part feeding section 12 are combined to generate specified number of samples comprising a series of arranging position data. A genetic algorithm is then applied to each sample thus generated using the total moving distance as an evaluation value, thus optimizing the arranging position of the plurality of feeders 14 in the part feeding section 12.
