摘要： PURPOSE:To extract precisely only pulse current and to improve insulation diagnozing accuracy by comparing partial discharging phase characteristics (phi-n distribution) found from an apparatus to be diagnozed with a reference phi-n distribution pattern for applying the deciding condition of noise. CONSTITUTION:Current flowing into the earth line 2a of an apparatus to be diagnozed 2 is intermittently detected by a detector 2b and a phi-n distribution pattern (phi-n distribution) is found by a phi-n distribution detector 3. On the other hand, noise removing decision phi-n distribution is found by using an apparatus having the same insulating grade and the same voltage grade as that of the apparatus 2 and the found distribution is stored in a storage device 6. The stored contents are read out every detection and compared with the phi-n distribution of the diagnozed apparatus 2, a phi-n distribution output having no pulse condition is removed and only a partial discharging pulse is outputted by a phi-q distribution operator 3 to remove the influence of noise. Thus, the noise can be reduced and diagnozing accuracy in the insulating state can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To forecast a dielectric breakdown of an insulator by utilizing the fact that the distribution of an electric charge being discharged presents a right-to-left symmetrical shape as approx. equilateral triangle in an intermediate area between the safe area and the dangerous area with respect to the dielectric breakdown and is opposite to it, presenting an inverted right-to-left symmetrical shape in the area before and after the area. CONSTITUTION:An AC voltage (e) is applied to a plastic insulator which is provided to cause an electric tree. Early in the generation of the electric tree, an average discharged free charge attributed to negative and positive pulse presents such a roughly right-angled triangle as to rise sharply at first and fall gradually. With the progress in the deterioration, it becomes gentle in the rising and finally presents such an equilateral triangle that the inclinations in the rising and the falling are symmetrical right to left. With further progress in the deterioration, it grows sharp gradually in the inclination of the falling and presents a roughly right-angled triangle utterly opposite to the shape of the distribution early in the generation of the tree. In other words, when the shape of the distribution is closer to the right-angled triangle, there is a less danger of a dielectric breakdown, when it is closer to the inverted right-angled triangle from the equilateral triangle, there is a higher possibility of danger thereof. This fact is utilized to fore-cast the dielectric breakdown of the insulator.

摘要： PURPOSE:To diagnoze rapidly and precisely the kind of a void defect and its generating position by finding out the partial discharging phase characteristics of a partial discharging pulse to applied voltage and detecting similarity of the found partial discharging phase characteristics to previously found diagnozing reference partial discharging phase characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Polarity discriminators 4, 5 for separating a partial discharging pulse into positive and negative polarity pulses, detectors 6, 7 for detecting generated phase angle phi for the level of the partial discharging pulse, i.e. apparent discharged charge (q), and an AC applied voltage and phi-q pattern detectors 8, 9 are formed. In addition, storage devices 10, 11 for storing a diagnozing reference phi-q distribution pattern and similar pattern detectors 12, 13 are also formed. The diagnozing reference cycle average phi-q distribution pattern read out from the storage devices 10, 11 are compared with a pattern obtained from a diagnozed apparatus. Consequently, the diagnosis of the kind of the void defect and its generating position and the forecasting diagnosis of deterioration can be performed rapidly and precisely.
