摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ameliorated method on a fermentative production for an amino acid, particularly L-lysine. SOLUTION: This method is carried out by using a polynucleotide containing a polynucleotide sequence selected from the following groups: a) a polynucleotide showing at least 70% of homogeneity to a polynucleotide which codes for a polypeptide containing a specific amino acid sequence derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum, b) a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide containing an amino acid sequence which shows at least 70% of homogeneity to the specific amino acid sequence derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum, c) a polynucleotide complementary to the polynucleotide a) or b) and d) a polynucleotide containing at least 15 of nucleotides in the polynucleotide sequence a), b) or c).

L-lysine can enzymatically be produced by the amplification of the dapF gene.

The fermentative method for producing an L-amino acid comprises using amplification or attenuation of the lrp gene.

According to the invention, by means of said method and polynucleotides it is possible to influence the synthesis of ATP in a controlled manner and also to control the synthesis of metabolic products. The invention relates to genes from Corynebacterium glutamicum coding for cytochrome aa3 oxidase and the cytochrome bcl complex. The monocistronic ctaD gene codes for a 65 kDa protein, the primary structure of which displays all the typical properties of the sub-unit I of cytochrome aa3 oxidase. The genes which code for the sub-unit III of the cytochrome aa3 (ctaE) and the three characteristic sub-units of the cytochrome bc1 complex (qcrABC) are arranged in a group with the sequence ctaE-qcrCAB.
