The system determines that a primary user is eligible for an offer; identifies a social media site of the primary user; provides the offer to the primary user through the social media site; receives instructions from the primary user to share the offer with at least one secondary user; and shares the offer with the secondary user based on the instructions received from the primary user. The system allows users to establish hierarchies and criteria for whom should receive the offers, how the offers should be provided to the user's social media sites, and whether the offers may be shared with others.

The system assists users in determining whether the users are eligibly for offers provided through social media. In some situations, the system also facilitates eligibility by assisting the user in qualifying for the offer. The system determines that a primary user shared an offer with a secondary user; determines an identity of the secondary user; and determines whether the secondary user is eligible for the offer based on the identity of the secondary user. If the secondary user is not eligible, the system provides information to the secondary user, such as instructions in how to become eligible.

摘要： Embodiments of the invention include apparatuses and methods that allow a user to wirelessly transmit payment information from a mobile device to a point-of-sale terminal by the user performing only a single action or supplying only a single input to the mobile device. For example, some embodiments of the invention allow a user to assign a default payment vehicle to a particular key or “pay now” icon of the mobile device so that activation of the particular key or icon, alone, causes the mobile device to wirelessly transmit information about the default payment vehicle. In some embodiments of the invention, a user using the single action option of the mobile device does not need to go through an authentication procedure before the mobile device transmits the default payment information. In some embodiments of the invention, if a user uses the single action option, the mobile device is configured to transmit the payment information without needing to first launch an electronic wallet software application installed on the device.

In one embodiment of the invention, the computer-implemented method receives data associated with a mobile device and stores the data in a database. At the user's request, the computer-implemented method loads the data onto the mobile device. In some embodiments, the computer-implemented method determines the operating system of the mobile device and assists the user in conveniently transferring data from one mobile device to another mobile device. In further embodiments, the computer-implemented method augments the data with publicly or privately available information.
