摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance overload protection circuit. SOLUTION: This overload protection circuit is provided with a first input terminal 3 and a second one 2 into which input voltage signals are inputted, a first output terminal 5 and a second terminal 4 for outputting output signals, a first line that connects the first input terminal 3 to the first output terminal 5, a second line that connects the second input terminal 2 to the second output terminal 4, a field-effect transistor 6 the source and drain terminals of which are connected to a portion of the second line and that increase the potential difference between the second line, if an overcurrent exists between the first input terminal 3 and second one 2, a third line provided between the first line and second one which spans between the second input terminal 2 and the first field effect transistor 6, and a second field effect transistor 7 the source and drain terminals of which are connected to a portion of the third line and that makes the third line conducting, if an overcurrent exists between the first input terminal 3 and second one 2.

SOLUTION: An access management device is provided and includes one or plural certification elements 1 having no portable control on the user side, access control parts 2, 7 on the vehicle side, a wireless access authority communications channel 4 for an access authority test process, and a trigger element 6 capable of responding to the user in order to request the generation of a protecting or protection-canceling access management signal for at least one vehicle closing element. In that case, the access control parts trigger the access authority test process at such a request, and this communication process is successively executed only when each certification element is within a predetermined effective range of the communications channel.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio-communication device used as a remote controller for an access authorizing system and/or a drive anthorizing system for a vehicle. SOLUTION: This portable radio-communication device is provided with a voltage-generating part, an electric power-adjustable amplification stage for amplituding an AC voltage signal, an electric power adjusting circuit provided with an operational amplifier op1 one of input of which supplies a preset voltage and the other part thereof supplies a feedback voltage signal through rectifier stages, and a transmitting antenna in which an amplified AC voltage signal is supplied. The voltage signal generator includes an oscillator 1 and the amplification stage includes at least one bipolar transister connected to the oscillator 1 making use of a base. A current adjusting element controlled by the operation output is connected to the collector emitter current passage. The rectifier stage comprises one or two diodes parallelly and reversely connected, a capacitor and a resistance parallelly connected to the operational amplifier op1. This device is used as a remote controller for an access authorizing system and/or a drive authorizing system for vehicles.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic distance deciding apparatus in which the distance can be decided at a relatively low cost by providing an evaluation unit for deciding the phase difference indicative of the distance between an inquiry signal and a response signal. SOLUTION: A microprocessor 4 transmits a square pulse signal FS as an inquiry signal. In response to reception of the inquiry signal FS, a response section generates and transmits a same response signal AS. An inquiry and evaluation section receives the response signal AS through a receiver and delivers it to the first input of an exclusive OR gate 6 through a response line 5. In parallel therewith, the microprocessor 4 generates an inquiry signal FS and delivers it to a delay unit 8 through a delay line 7. The delayed inquiry signal FS is delivered to the second input of exclusive OR gate 6 from the delay unit 8. So long as the distance to be determined is the difference of signal propagation delay smaller than the synchronous length of the inquiry signal FS and the response signal AS, the phase difference becomes a definite measurement of the distance.
