    • The invention relates to an individual cell (1) for a battery, wherein the individual cell (1) is formed by an electrode stack (6).     • The invention relates to a cell connector (3) for interconnecting two poles (2) of cells (1) of batteries, especially batteries of hybrid motor vehicles. Said cell connector has two openings (3.1), respective compensating elements (4) being arranged between the cell connector (3) and the pole (2) in the area of each opening (3.1), and the compensating element (4) being integrally bondable to the cell connector (3) and the compensating element (4) being integrally bondable to the pole (2). The invention also relates a method for interconnecting two poles (2) of cells (1) of batteries by means of a cell connector (3) having two openings (3.1), especially for batteries of hybrid motor vehicles. The method is characterized by inserting respective compensating elements (4), which are sleeve-shaped in at least some sections thereof, in an opening (3.1) and integrally bonding every compensating element (4) both to the cell connector (3) and to the corresponding pole (2).
