摘要： The present invention includes crosslinked perfluoroelastomeric compositions and molded articles formed from a cross-linkable perfluoroelastomeric composition having a first curable perfluoropolymer having a cure site monomer and a second perfluoropolymer having a cure site monomer. The molar ratio of the tetrafluoroethylene monomer to perfluoroalkylvinyl ether in one perfluoropolymer is about 0 to 100 to about 65 to 35 in the perfluoropolymer. The molar ratio of the tetrafluoroethylene monomer to the perfluoroalkylvinyl ether monomer in the second polymer is about 65:35 to about 95:5 in the second perfluoropolymer. The composition further includes a curative. One fluorine-containing elastomer composition herein, having a short crosslinking time, has perfluoroelastomers (A) having a tetrafluoroethylene unit, a perfluoralkylvinyl ether unit (a) and a monomer unit (b) having at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a nitrile group, a carboxyl group and an alkoxycarbonyl group, wherein the composition has two or more kinds of perfluoroelastomers (A) having differing contents of perfluoroalkylvinyl ether unit (a).

摘要： There is provided a crosslinked molded article obtained by crosslinking and molding a perfluoroelastomer composition which comprises no additives causing outgas or generating particles such as carbon black, zinc oxide and proton sponge and is capable of providing a crosslinked molded article having significantly improved tensile strength. The crosslinked molded article is transparent and has satisfactory mechanical properties. The crosslinked molded article is obtained by crosslinking and molding the perfluoroelastomer composition consisting of (A) a perfluoroelastomer having iodine atom and/or bromine atom and comprising 20 to 35 % by mole of a perfluoro vinyl ether unit (a) and 65 to 80 % by mole of a tetrafluoroethylene unit (b), (B) an organic peroxide, and (C) a compound having at least two double bonds in its molecule.

摘要： The present invention provides a high dielectric film for a film capacitor obtained by molding a film forming composition for a film capacitor comprising a thermoplastic resin (A) and surface-treated high dielectric inorganic particles (B) obtained by treating the surfaces of high dielectric inorganic particles (b1) having a dielectric constant (20°C, 1 kHz) of 100 or more with a low dielectric compound (b2) having a dielectric constant (20°C, 1 kHz) of 10 or less. This high dielectric film for a film capacitor can restrain the decrease of electrical insulating property, in spite of the high dielectric inorganic particles being dispersed at a high filling rate.
