摘要： PURPOSE:To suitably secure the field of vision by allowing a wiper blade to sweep over a window immediately once when an intermittent changeover switch is changed from a position giving long dead time to that giving a short one during the intermittent operation of a wiper. CONSTITUTION:When a wiper switch 6 is changed from OFF to INT (intermittent operation), a dead timer is set to the dead time corresponding to the position of an intermittent time switching means 7. Just then, the dead timer is counted down, and it is judged whether the input port state of said switching means 7 has been changed to the short time side or not. In case the result of this judgement is NO, an output timer is set to (a) at the time of the dead time=0, but in case of YES the output timer is set to (a) at that time, and a wiper relay 10 is excited. Namely, in case the switching means 7 is changed to the shorter time side, a wiper is once operated immediately after said switching.

And, an output signal of the AND circuit 2 comes to a high level and is inputted into a flip-flop circuit 1, outputting a driving signal S11 from the circuit 11 and operating a shift position selector mechanism 19, and a select lever is changed from a drive position to a neutral one. In addition, flip-flop circuits 11 and 12 are turned over into a reset state whereby each output of the driving signal S11 and the guaranteed signal S12 is stopped, thus all the motion of the mechanism 19 is checked.

摘要： PURPOSE:To start an engine automatically, safely and reliably, by a method wherein a neutral position is detected, a starting coil and a motor are electrified for starting of the engine, and upon detection of the rise of rotation the starting motor is stopped at a preset starting time. CONSTITUTION:The starting time of an engine is preset on a clock 1 and when the starting time comes a signal of ''H'' pulse is applied from the clock 1 for an input to a timer 2. The timer 2 is actuated when a transmission is in a neutral position at this time and an output Q of a monostable multivibrator 11 is made into ''H''. An ignition coil 7 is electrified because of this, the ''H'' signal of the timer 2 is arrived at a buffer 16 through an AND gate 12 and a starting motor 18 is electrified. When the engine is started, a cycle of output voltage of a distributor 8 becomes short and a voltage level of an integrated circuit 10b is increased according to an increase of a number of revolutions. When the voltage exceeds a preset value of a comparator 10c its output is inverted to L from H, the AND gate 12 is closed and the motor 18 is stopped.
