摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high adhesivity and obtain a tough finished surface by mixing a penetrative crystal-growing agent into a polymer dispersion to be applied to a concrete surface or to the surface of a mortar setting bed applied to a concrete surface. SOLUTION: The surface of a concrete body 1 shown in the figure (a) is coated with a primer 10 produced by using SBR, epoxy, ethylene-vinyl acetate or acrylic polymer dispersion as a base, mixing the base with a proper amount of a penetrative crystal-growing agent having a concrete deterioration suppressing function and containing a reactive component such as water glass, silica or magnesium silicofluoride and dispersing microfibers consisting of artificial or natural fibers such as cellulose fiber, aramid fiber, acrylic fiber or hemp. A raised layer 12 is formed on the produced primer layer 10. A mortar setting bed 2 shown in the figure (b) and applied to the raised layer can be integrated to the concrete body 1 by the bonding effect. As an alternative, a tile 4 is set with the tile-setting mortar 3 to form a tiled exterior face.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous emulsion composition comprising an aqueous emulsion and inorganic powder, reduced in the amount of a thickener to be added to, imparted with thixotropic viscosity and improved in the dryability and toughness of the coating film therefrom. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by incorporating film fibers with an aqueous composition comprising a film-firming aqueous emulsion and powdery filler with a pigment volume concentration(PVC) of 10-90wt.%. The fine fiber is e.g. cellulose-based fiber or synthetic fiber 0.01-5μm in average fiber diameter, 5-3,000μm in average fiber length, 50-300m /g in specific surface area and 250-15,000 in aspect ratio. The weight ratio of the fine fiber to the polymer in the aqueous emulsion is 0.3-7wt.% on a solid basis. This composition is useful as e.g. a water-based coating material, water-based adhesive, water-based filter.
