    • PURPOSE:To form a resin layer of desired film thickness on a corner section by pressing a resin layer of a plane surface section adjacent to a corner section at softening temperature or higher, creep deforming, flowing the resin to the corner section and increasing the layer thickness of the corner section. CONSTITUTION:A corner section 1C of a resin layer 10 formed by heat melting resin powder is shaped round and thin. A stopper component 11 is inserted into a through-hole 3 and its end is fixed in a position where the same projects from a rotor end surface 1B by the given distance (t). Downward pressing force is applied to press molds 12 on the upper side and downward pressing force is applied to the rotor 1 by own weight by heating a rotor 1, dissolving the resin layer 10 again, mounting flat plate-shaped press molds 12 on the upper and lower and mounting the same on a base plate 13, and the resin layer 10 on the end surfaces 1B of the rotor 1 is pressed. The press resin layer 10 is creep deformed to form a resin layer of given thickness (t) on the rotor end surface 1B, and surplus resin flows laterally to be stored in a corner section 1C and increase the thickness of the resin layer of the corner section 1C.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a lining film of a desired film thickness on the corner simply in good productivity without using excess resin powder by increasing the amount of fused resin at the corner to a value larger than that at the remaining area by heating the corner to a temperature higher than that of the remaining area. CONSTITUTION:When a resin lining is applied to the rotor of a Roots blower, the rotor 1 is placed in a fluidized tank 8, and a high-frequency current is applied to an induction heating coil 9. The rotor is inductively heated and the surface temperature of the rotor 1 rises. When the surface temperature exceeds the melting temperature of the resin powder, the resin powder fluidized is brought into contact with the surface and melted by heating to form a resin layer on the rotor surface 1. Owing to the proximity effect caused by the induction heating coil 9 being the nearest to the corner 1C of the rotor 1, magnetic fluxes are concentrated on the corner 1C to raise the temperature of the corner 1C higher than that of the remaining area, so that a larger amount of resin melts and adheres to the corner 1C. Therefore, a lining film of a desired film thickness can be formed on the corner without using excess resin powder.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently perform coating having necessary environmental barrier properties and reinforcement effect of a strip conductor by supplying resin necessary for coating to the strip conductor in the shape of a wire rod and also performing operation for heating and melting resin through conduction of electricity and heat input to a conductor wire coated with resin. CONSTITUTION:The external circumference of a strip conductor such as a pipe is coated with resin to prevent corrosion. In the case, firstly a conductor wire 2 coated with thermoplastic resin is spirally wound on the external circumference of the strip conductor 1 in a single winding shape or in a lead line shape and a spirally winding layer is formed. Then electricity is conducted through the spirally wound conductor wire 2 and coating resin is melted to mutually melt-stick adjacent coating resin. At the time, for example, a coil 3 for electromagnetic induction is concentrically provided in the vicinity of one end of the spirally winding layer and electricity is conducted from the power source 4 of an electrodissolution machine to the coil 3. The spirally winding layer is integrated in a cylindrical shape. Thereby coating is efficiently performed which has the environmental barrier properties necessary for anticorrosion or the like and reinforcement effect of the strip conductor 1.
