    • An LED(Light-Emitting Diode) module for illumination is provided to improve a life span of an LED device and to reduce a maintenance cost of the module by minimizing heat resistance between the LED device and a heat radiating body to improve a heat radiating performance. An LED module for illumination includes a heat radiating substrate(10), a plurality of LED devices, a case(20), and a lens(30). The heat radiating substrate(10) is composed of an insulating substrate with an electrode pattern at an upper part, and a heat radiating body attached as single body at a lower part of the insulating substrate. The plurality of LED devices is installed at the heat radiating substrate(10). The case(20) has a hollow unit passing through upper/lower surfaces at a center, the heat radiating substrate(10) at the lower surface, and the LED devices inside the hollow unit. The lens(30) is installed at an upper part of the case(20). A lower light emitting film of a transparent material, a phosphor film having a phosphor, and an upper light emitting film of a transparent material are sequentially coated on an upper surface of the heat radiating substrate(10).

    • A current controller for an LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp and an LED lighting apparatus using the same are provided to reduce power consumption and improve a life span by controlling a pulse width modulation of a current provided to an LED module. A current controller for an LED lamp includes a current modulation unit(210), a shunt resistor(240), a voltage amplifier(230), and a control unit(220). The current modulation unit(210) receives a DC current from an external power and modulates a pulse width. The current modulation unit(210) provides the modulated current as a light-emitting source. The shunt resistor(240) is connected to an output node of the light-emitting source to measure a current outputted from the light-emitting source. The voltage amplifier(230) detects and amplifies a minute voltage applied to both ends of the shunt resistor(240). The control unit(220) controls a feedback of the current modulation unit(210) according to an output signal transmitted from the voltage amplifier(230), and maintains a current which flows on the light-emitting source to the set average value.
