The housing includes a module battery, which is operable to supply power to a surgical device in the terminal. The housing has a control circuit with a microprocessor, a memory and a real time clock. The control unit is communicatively connected to the battery and can operate to execute: detecting identification information of the surgical device; determining at least one piece of information on one of the operation parameters of the surgical devices based on the detected identification information; storing the information in at least the memory; and selectively allowing or disallowing the power to be supplied from the battery to surgical device based on the information.
