    • The present invention relates to a battery cooling device, a battery pack, an electric device, and a method for manufacturing the battery cooling device. A battery cooling device. The battery cooling device comprises: a housing; a cooling channel arranged inside the housing, the cooling channel being used for flow of a cooling fluid and defining a flow direction of the cooling fluid along the cooling channel; a cooling fluid flow adjustment component arranged inside the housing, the adjustment component being deformed from a first opening degree to a second opening degree when a temperature rises, or being deformed from the second opening degree to the first opening degree when the temperature is reduced, wherein a fluid flow under the first opening degree is smaller than a fluid flow under the second opening degree; an adjustment component deformation restriction component arranged inside the housing, the restriction component being deformed from a first configuration to a second configuration when the temperature rises, or being deformed from the second configuration to the first configuration when the temperature is reduced, and the restriction component being positioned immediately adjacent the adjustment component, such that in the first configuration of the restriction component, the deformation of the adjustment component toward the increased opening degree is at least partially hindered by the restriction component, and in the second configuration of the restriction component, the deformation of the adjustment component is basically not hindered by the restriction component, wherein along with the adjustment component being deformed from the first opening degree to the second opening degree, the restriction component changes from the first configuration to the second configuration, and along with the adjustment component being deformed from the second opening degree to the first opening degree, the restriction component changes from the second configuration to the first configuration.
