    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of repairing the surface of a lightweight cellular concrete panel, for stably and efficiently repairing the degraded surface of the lightweight cellular concrete panel to an extent of an initial surface strength, to thereby exhibit high reliability in surface durability after the repairing.
      SOLUTION: The method is comprised of the following two steps which are sequentially carried out. In the first step, the degraded surface of the lightweight cellular concrete panel is washed with high-pressure water in the range of 2 to 15 N/mm
      2 . In the second step, sequentially a water-soluble resin emulsion solution is applied to the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete panel after carrying out the first step.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expandable anchor embedding and fixing method which exerts high pulling strength of an expandable anchor, and excellent mounting strength between an ALC panel and a finishing material, and is particularly fit for reforming of deteriorated ALC panels.
      SOLUTION: The expandable anchor embedding and fixing method is provided for embedding and fixing the expandable anchor having an expansion portion at a bottom portion and a male screw portion or a female screw portion at a head portion, for expanding the expandable portion, in the lightweight aerated concrete panel, and comprised of the following steps. In the first step, an alkalescent resin emulsion is compressively ejected into a prepared hole bored in a surface of the lightweight aerated concrete panel. In the following step, the expandable anchor is inserted into the prepared hole beginning from the bottom portion before the alkalescent resin emulsion is hardened. In the last step, a female screw or a male screw is spirally penetrated into the male screw portion or the female screw portion of the expandable anchor to expand the expandable portion, to thereby fix the anchor in the prepared hole.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method of an ALC panel provided with decorative concave grooves, which comprises coating the surface of the ALC panel with a first coating material and thereafter coating the resulting coated surface with a second coating material and enables formation of a thick coating film of the second coating material, having recessed and projecting parts on the surface, without allowing the second coating material to stick to the inside of each of the concave grooves, and also automation of the coating operation. SOLUTION: This coating method comprises coating the whole surface of an ALC panel in the surface of which decorative concave grooves are formed, with a first coating material and thereafter, further coating all the parts other than the grooves of the resulting coated surface with a second coating material wherein the second coating with the second coating material is performed in a 0.1-0.6 kg/m2 coating weight per single coating run, while conveying the panel on a coating line and concurrently, automatically rotating a coating roller which is provided in its surface with recessed and projecting parts and also has a rubber hardness of >=10, in the same direction as the conveyance direction of the panel and at the same speed as the conveyance speed of the panel.
