摘要： The present invention relates to a process for preparing low-chloride or chloride-free aminofunctional organosilanes by reacting chlorofunctional organosilanes with organic amines or ammonia and separating off the organic hydrochlorides or ammonium chloride thus formed, wherein further amounts of organic hydrochlorides or ammonium chloride present are reacted by addition of metal alkoxides dissolved in alcohols and the metal chlorides formed are separated off, and also to aminofunctional organosilanes prepared thereby.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for preparing amino-functional organosilanes which are low in chlorofunctional organosilanes or essentially free of chlorofunctional organosilanes, by reacting chloro-functional organosilanes with organic amines or ammonia and separating off the organic ammonium chlorides and/or the ammonium chloride thus formed, wherein the small amounts of chloro-functional organosilanes which have not reacted with ammonia or alkylamines are reacted by addition of at least one metal alkoxide in a reaction downstream of the aminosilane synthesis.

摘要： In a method of preparing cyanoalkyl-akoxysilanes, which is suitable for the production of these silanes on a large technical scale, the reaction of a chloroalkyl-alkoxysilane with an alkali metal cyanide in the presence of a solvent takes place in a stirring reactor which is provided with means for loading these starting materials and with an outlet opening for the alkali metal chloride by-product, and which is connected through a bypass valve to a column with a superimposed condenser. After the reaction in the reactor has ended, first the solvent is distilled out through the column and then the main part of the cyanosilane, and then the rest of the cyanosilane is distilled out while bypassing the column. The alkali metal chloride is then removed from the reactor through a lock.

摘要： Acyloxysilanes are prepared by a process of reacting an organochlorosilane with an excess of monocarboxylic anhydride at elevated temperature, thereby forming product acyloxysilane and by-product acyl chloride transferring the reaction mixture to the middle inlet of a separation tower having a still pot at its base, removing excess carboxylic anhydride by distillation at the tower top under reduced pressure, removing acyl chloride by-product from the separation tower, uniformly removing acyloxysilane from the tower still pot, and reacting virtually quantitatively the residual acid chloride present in the acyloxysilane removed from the still pot by adding a metal carboxylate to the acyloxysilane and separating the metal chlorides formed from the product.
