摘要： The present disclosure is directed to a computer-implemented method for designing a patient-specific brachytherapy (BT) tandem applicator. The method is implemented using at least one processor in communication with at least one memory. The method includes receiving a radiation treatment plan for treating a region of interest. The radiation treatment plan includes a prescribed radiation dosage and patient anatomical data of the region of interested to be treated. The method also includes applying an inverse planning optimization model to determine an optimal thickness of an interior surface of the tandem applicator at a plurality of dwell positions within the region of interest. The method also includes generating a schedule of dwell times for the tandem applicator based on the generated position-dependent thickness profile. The method also includes transmitting design instructions to a 3D printer for fabrication of the tandem applicator.

摘要： A printing system and a printing method are provided. The user terminal includes a print content processing unit and a sliding print content conversion unit, and the handheld printer includes an inkjet printing unit that performs inkjet printing at a predetermined inkjet width in a sliding direction when performing sliding print. The print content processing unit determines the number of sliding print motions and sequentially generates bitmaps corresponding to the respective sliding print motions based on the respective print content mode and the inkjet width, and generates bitmap format instructions corresponding to the respective bitmaps. The sliding print content conversion unit converts pixels in the bitmaps into binary data to form sliding print content. The handheld printer sequentially prints the respective sliding print content based on the respective bitmap format instructions and the print content mode.

The method also includes computing, on a processor, an impulse enhancement function. The method also includes determining, on a processor, a target enhancement function for a region of interest. The method also includes determining, with a processor, a plurality of parameters for a functional form for a contrast injection function in a time domain. The method also includes determining for the contrast injection function a constraint. The method also includes determining, with a processor, particular values for the plurality of parameters, which satisfy the constraint and minimize a difference between a value of an enhancement function and the target enhancement function computed in the time domain at discrete time periods without use of a Fourier transform.

摘要： A system and method for providing an optical coherence photoacoustic (OC-PAM) microscopy. An OC-PAM microscope includes a light source that outputs light, a scanner, a detector, a transducer, and an image processing module. The scanner receives the light and scans the light across a sample. The detector receives reflected light from the sample in response to the scanned light. The transducer detects photoacoustic waves induced in the sample by the scanned light. The image processing module receives output from the detector and the transducer and generates a photoacoustic microscopy (PAM) image and an optical coherence tomography (OCT) image based on the received output from the detector and the transducer. The PAM and OCT image data may be fused to form a single, OC-PAM image. Additionally, a series of PAM images and OCT images, respectively, may be combined to generate three-dimensional PAM and OCT images, respectively.
