摘要： The present invention discloses a glue-free anti-slip polyvinyl chloride floor brick which includes a polyvinyl chloride anti-slip layer having a bottom surface formed with a flexible thermal-pressed pattern by thermal pressing. The thermal-pressed pattern includes a plurality of continuously and repetitively connected, closed and non-equilateral hexagonal protruded ribs, which are characterized with a required flexibility by utilizing a special ingredient amount of the anti-slip layer and provided with an anti-slip coefficient of 1.5 by incorporating with non-equilateral hexagonal anti-slip patterns with special sizes and shapes, thereby enhancing the slip resistance of the floor brick to overcome the bottlenecks in plastic floor brick industries.

摘要： A floor covering structure containing velcro, comprising a surface layer and a bottom layer. The surface layer includes a first velcro layer and a surface material layer, the surface material layer is provided on the first velcro layer; and the bottom layer includes a second velcro layer, such that the two velcro layers can be engaged and connected to each other. In addition, each of the floor tiles can be assembled together through dislocation and connection. In the floor covering structure containing velcro, the surface layer and the bottom layer of can be engaged to each other through a velcro layer, thus achieving a temporary & stable connection, so that in assembling this kind of floor tiles, and if it is required, the surface layer can be torn off and removed from the top surface of the bottom layer, and then it can be reconnected on another bottom layer.

摘要： A new type environment-friendly tile and method of manufacturing the same, firstly, provide a multi bottom-fiber layer containing a environment-friendly water-borne resin; next, place a top wear-resistant layer made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) on a top surface of said multi bottom-fiber layer, and perform hot pressing and lamination on them, so that said multi bottom-fiber layer is laminated and connected to said top wear-resistant layer utilizing said environment-friendly water-borne resin. The new type environment-friendly tile thus produced is not only light weight, and highly wear resistant, but its manufacturing method is also creative and innovative, and since it is made of environment-friendly material such as fiber and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), hereby realizing human health and environment protection requirements.
