    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sea transportation efficiently when transporting receiving and delivering supplies handled in operation of a power station on the sea. SOLUTION: A yearly plan of receiving and delivering supplies for the next year is automatically made based on a scheduled value of power generation electric energy for the next year and yearly plan making parameter including an operation rate per unit electric energy of the receiving and delivering supplies of actual record in the preceding year by utilizing a server for managing information related to sea transportation plan making of the receiving and delivering supplies handled in operation of the power station. A receiving and delivering plan depending on day during a month and a silo/warehouse operation plan are automatically made based on plan making parameter depending on day during a month of amount of fuel consumption and ash and sulfur in fuel and an input value for setting a silo/warehouse operation pattern. The optimum ship delivery plan is automatically made by taking evaluation conditions such as restriction conditions of an exclusive ship inspection plan and a berth use plan set in advance, degree of priority in use of an exclusive ship, and degree of priority in transportation per receiving and delivering supplies into account concerning transportation of receiving and delivering supplies planned by the receiving and delivering plan depending on day during a month and the silo/warehouse operation plan.
