    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an industrial furnace having a radiant tube burner, and appropriately prevent the deformation and erosion of the radiant tube even if combustion amount of the burner is increased to improve sufficiently a thermal efficiency.SOLUTION: An industrial furnace 10 provided with a radiant tube burner 20 in this invention is set such that a radiant tube 21A before replacement in which a combustion side end 21a where a burner 22 is provided and an exhausting side end 21b for discharging combustion exhaust gas are set on a furnace wall 11 of the industrial furnace is replaced with an improving radiant tube 21B in which a tube outer diameter D1 at the combustion side end and the exhaust side end is the same as a tube outer diameter D of the radiant tube before replacement and a tube inner diameter d2 at a central part 21c between the combustion side end and the exhaust side end is larger than a tube inner diameter d of the radiant tube before replacement.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the NOx in a combustion exhaust gas by improving a combustion device wherein the secondary air is supplied to the primary combustion flame for the secondary combustion, after the primary combustion of the fuel and the primary air of less than theoretical amount of air.
      SOLUTION: In this combustion device comprising a fuel supply nozzle 11 for supplying the fuel, a primary air supply nozzle 12 for supplying the primary air of less than the theoretical amount of air to the fuel supplied from the fuel supply nozzle, a primary combustion part 13 for burning the fuel and the primary air, and a secondary air supply nozzle 14 for supplying the secondary air at an outer peripheral side of the primary combustion part, one or more secondary air supply nozzles are mounted within a range of 160° to a center of the primary combustion part, and the secondary air supply nozzles are inclined outward with respect to the primary combustion part.
