    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a high-speed rotating device in a fluid pressure motor having a simple and small structure and capable of rotating at high-speed with low vibration, and a high-speed rotating method therefor.SOLUTION: A high-speed rotating device in a fluid pressure motor includes: an output shaft having bearings attached rotatably on the outer periphery thereof at both ends to be freely rotatable; a water supply hole arranged at the center of the output shaft, provided integrally therewith, and also communicated with a water supply port in the inside thereof; an approximately disc-shaped rotation rotor having a plurality of high-pressure water injection nozzle openings for injecting high-pressure water on the approximate circumference about the rotation axis of the rotation rotor; a housing body enclosing the rotation rotor in a hermetically sealed or semi-hermetically sealed state and having a high-pressure water supply port and an air supply port respectively attached rotatably on the outer peripheral side of the bearing; and a hood having a plurality of liquid/gas discharge ports for discharging water and air on the upper and lower parts of the outer periphery of the housing body.
