      SOLUTION: A casing 2 of a portable data logger 1 comprises a dividable upper casing 3 and a lower casing 4 with a division surface in one plane. A terminal substrate 22 is attached to one end of the main substrate. A battery box 30 having a different body from the casing is locked with the upper case while being abutted on the key substrate. The circumferential portion 6 of a packing 5, having a projection 10 that is engaged with the circumferential groove 9, a support 11 extending from the projection and held between the opening end face of the upper case and the opening end face of a lower case B and a projection 12 formed opposite to the projection 10 with the support between pressed with the opening end face of the lower case B, is provided and fixed between opening end faces of the upper and lower cases A, B. A hole packing integrally linked to the circumferential portion is provided outside the casing, and the through-hole of the casing is sealed therewith. Since the projection 10 is inserted into the circumferential groove, and the support is placed on the end face of the case A, stability is improved and assembling is facilitated. Since the edge of the lower case B presses the projection 12, drip-proof performance is ensured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance temperature measurement accuracy of each channel by performing thermal uniformization among respective channels for a portable multi-channel temperature recorder having a plurality of channels.
      SOLUTION: An enclosure 2 contains a circuit board 5 and a terminal substrate 7 provided with a reception part 10 on its rear side to which a contact 8 of a temperature sensor is connected. The temperature sensor has four channels arranged in the depth direction of the figure. A temperature compensation element is provided for each channel on the rear face of the terminal substrate. A resin cover 13 is provided on the rear face of the terminal substrate so as to cover all the channels. A metal layer 12 for heat uniformization is formed over the entire surface of the terminal substrate. Since the terminal substrate has the metal layer as a dedicated member separate from the circuit substrate and is covered with the resin cover, heat uniformization is performed among the respective channels, less causing temperature distribution to occur, thereby enhancing temperature measurement accuracy for the respective channels. Even if temperature distribution exists, measurement accuracy can be enhanced by compensating a signal from each temperature sensor with a temperature difference.
