摘要： The present invention discloses a drive system of a scraper conveyor and a control method. The drive system includes a nose sprocket, a tail sprocket, a nose sprocket drive mechanism, and a tail sprocket drive mechanism, where the nose sprocket drive mechanism is a hydraulic motor I, and the tail sprocket drive mechanism is a hydraulic motor II; and a hydraulic system that drives the hydraulic motor I and a hydraulic system that drives the hydraulic motor II include same hydraulic elements, and both include a three-position four-way solenoid directional valve, a two-position two-way solenoid directional valve, a two-position three-way solenoid directional valve, an accumulator, and an oil supplement valve group. The present invention is applicable to rapid starting and stopping of the scraper conveyor in a heavy load status while adjusting chain tension in real time, thereby resolving a power imbalance problem in a dual-drive system, and has a simple structure and a long service life.

摘要： A device for enabling autonomous powering of a monitoring node of a scraper conveyor chain includes a bottom baffle, a friction wheel drive device, a limiting device, a generator, an energy storage battery, a cable entry device, and dampers. The bottom baffle is connected to a bottom portion of a scraper of a scraper conveyor. The friction wheel drive device comprises a ball, a friction wheel, a drive shaft connected to the generator, and a shaft coupler. The friction wheel is disposed on the drive shaft, and an outer edge of the friction wheel is in contact with a surface of the ball. The limiting device is a ball housing that is connected to the bottom baffle, and is used for limiting the ball within the ball housing. The energy storage battery is connected to the generator, and is used to store electrical energy generated from the generator. The dampers are disposed on the drive shaft.

摘要： A movement-synchronized wellbore inspection system and a movement-synchronization control method thereof are disclosed. The wellbore inspection system comprises a rope-climbing robot, a wire rope, a ground wire rope moving device, a ground wire rope moving track, an underground wire rope moving device, an underground wire rope moving track, an inertial sensor and a control device. An upper end of the wire rope is connected to the ground wire rope moving device, and an lower end of the wire rope passes through the rope-climbing robot and is then connected to the underground wire rope moving device. The control device controls the underground and ground wire rope moving devices to move in synchronization, and then the inertial sensor carried on the rope-climbing robot detects posture data of the wire rope and transmits the data to the control device.

摘要： The present invention discloses a single-drive bidirectional-crawling pipe-cleaning robot, including a front body assembly, a transmission assembly, and a rear body assembly. The transmission assembly is driven by a single power source, and a transmission effect of a connecting rod mechanism, a gear mechanism, and an equal-dwell cam mechanism is used to implement alternate retraction and support of the front body assembly and the rear body assembly in a radial direction and a telescopic motion in an axial direction between the front body assembly and the rear body assembly and at the same time implement synchronous rotation of a dredging cutter head, so as to implement bidirectional crawling and pipe cleaning work of the robot along a pipe. The present invention is stable, reliable, compact, and practical, and implements single-drive bidirectional crawling and pipe cleaning in a pipe having a greatly changing pipe diameter, so that the obstacle negotiation performance and adaptability to pipe diameter changes of an in-pipe robot are effectively improved, the endurance of the in-pipe robot is improved, and practical engineering significance in cleaning of a horizontal pipe having a greatly changing pipe diameter is provided.

摘要： Disclosed is a fall prevention brake buffering system for high-speed mine lift, including brake ropes (2) fixed on two sides of a car (5). One end of the brake rope (2) is fixed on the top part of a vertical well (6), and the other end is fixed on the bottom part of the vertical well (6). A linkage mechanism (11) is arranged at the bottom of the car (5). A buffer (1) is arranged at the top of the brake rope (2), and a tension connector (4) is arranged at the bottom of the brake rope (2). A brake rope safety tong (3) fixed on the brake rope (2) and connected with the linkage mechanism (11) is arranged at the bottom of the car (5). The buffer (1) includes an inverted brake rope gradual safety tong (8) with a buffering rope (9) provided therein and connected with the brake rope (2). A buffering rope clip (10) is arranged on the buffering rope (9). The system is convenient to install, and the buffering force of the brake rope is constant and adjustable. The system realizes reliable fall prevention brake function, greatly improves safety performance during high-speed operation of a lift with non-rigid rails, and increases safety performance during high-speed operation of a mine lift.

摘要： A cage energy supply system comprises wind power generation devices, a tail rope beam suspension device and a control device that are connected to the bottom of a cage box. The tail rope beam suspension device and the control device are located on the central axis of the bottom of the cage box, and the two sides of the tail rope beam suspension device are each connected to one wind power generation device. By means of the characteristics that the descending speed of the cage is high and the relative wind speed of an auxiliary shaft is high, the two wind power generation devices charge one storage battery at the same time, and the two storage batteries carry out charging and power supply alternately, so that a powered unit of the cage is supported by a stable and reliable power source all the time, the power supply requirement of the cage for the powered unit thereof is met, and meanwhile the power supply requirement for the control device is met. The devices are simple in structure and only need to be overhauled and maintained regularly. The present invention also relates to a control method for the cage energy supply system.
