    • A side-action mechanism disclosed in the present invention includes a slide carrier, an insert core, and a core pin engaged with the slide carrier. The slide carrier has an angular slide groove perforating through the slide carrier and an opening formed and making communication between a front surface and the bottom surface with a slide way defined on its top. The insert core which is accommodated in the angular slide groove has a secured portion and an angular insert portion extending downwards from the secured portion. The core pin has a body which is small enough to be accommodated in the opening, but long enough to protrude out of the opening. The body at one end defines a pair of ears thereof for engaging with the slide way so that the core pin can slide along the slide way.

    • The injection mold with a tie bar includes an upper stationary board, a stripping plate, a female board, a male board and a lower stationary plate from top to bottom. The upper stationary plate extends outward to form a projection plate, an accepting hole opened in the projection plate and having a step therein. A tie bar is arranged on the outside of the injection mold and includes a stud, a connecting head and a pole. The stud passes through the accepting hole and is fixed on the top of the pole. The stud is slidable along the accepting hole and against the step. The top of the pole is located the outside of the stripping plate while the bottom extends outward to form at least one block. The connecting head has a gap for encircling the pole and is slidable along the pole and against the block of the pole.

    • A mold insert positioning mechanism of an injection mold includes a top clamping plate, a cavity insert, a restricting bar, multiple screws and a cavity plate fastened on the top clamping plate. The mold cavity is arranged in an approximate central position of the cavity plate so as to form a locating surface, a second back side and a third wall. The accepting space is arranged on the edge of the cavity plate and communicates with the mold cavity so as to form a first front side, a first connecting side, a second front and a connecting side. The second back side urges the cavity insert to move in on the locating surface so as to position the cavity insert once the cavity insert moves in the mold cavity. Multiple screws lock the restricting bar and the cavity plate as an integral so that the cavity insert is positioned in the mold cavity completely.

    • An injection mold includes a stationary mold section, a movable mold section and an up-down sliding side core. The movable mold section and the stationary mold section define a molding cavity capable of receiving liquefied molding material for forming an article. The sliding side core is received between the stationary mold section and the movable mold section and adjacent to the molding cavity, a side of the sliding side core defines a fixing portion for engaging and further moving upwardly the expected product out of the molding cavity. The injection mold can mold the expected product and conveniently guide the product out of the mold, the injection mold is easy to be manufactured, the cost for manufacturing the injection mold is lower.
