The latching member is an arched plate formed on an upper edge of the front frame with a bending portion extended downward, for being inserted into a latching hole of the bracket. The two lateral frames are perpendicularly extended from two opposite side edges of the inner side of the front frame, and each of the lateral frames has a positioning member for preventing the fan from moving away from the front frame, so as to hold and fix the fan between the two lateral frames.
