    • A faucet includes two valve seats back-to-back, and a ceramic control valve assembled with an assembly slot of the two valve seats. The assembly slot is provided on a central horizontal line thereof with a cold water guide bole and a hot water guide hole, and on a central vertical line thereof with an upper discharging hole and a lower discharging hole. A base of the ceramic control valve is provided on a central horizontal line thereof with a cold water admission hole, and a hot water admission hole. The base is further provided with a water discharging hole which is located across a central vertical line of the base such that the water discharging hole is opposite in location to the lower discharging hole of the assembly slot. The base is provided with a water stopping surface located on the central vertical line of the base.

    • An improved sealing structure for a mixing valve of hot and cool water is disclosed. A first trench with an approximate V shape is formed on the upper surface of the lower wall along the peripheral rim of the water inlets and water outlet and is retained with a proper distance with the peripheral rim of the water inlets and water outlet. A second trench with an approximate inverse V shape is formed on the bottom surface along the peripheral rim of the water inlets and water outlet and is retained with a proper distance with the peripheral rim of the water inlets and water outlet. The shape of the first trench is completely symmetric to the second trench on the lower wall of the casing. A sealing ring is installed between the surface of the lower wall of the casing and the bottom surface of the fixing disk and has a symmetric shape with respect to the aforesaid trenches. Thus, the sealing ring can be engaged with the two trenches. During assembling the aforementioned sealing structure, the fixing disk covers the structure downwards to slightly press the sealing ring so as to be tightly sealed within the trenches, and the sealing ring can be engaged to the trench with a deeper depth so to be positioned therein. The structure of the present invention can be assembled easily.

    • An improved structure of the cold and hot water mixing valve of a balance valve is disclosed. Sealing trenches are installed on the upper surface of the concave portion on the lower wall of the mixing valve gate body and the lower surface of the balance valve cover plate along the water through holes and with a proper distance to the periphery of the upper and lower seats of the balance valve. A balance valve sealing is placed between the two sealing trenches. Sealing trenches are installed on upper surface of the balance valve cover plate and the lower surface of a fixing disk with a proper distance along the periphery of the water through holes. The depths of the sealing trenches are slightly smaller the radii of the cross section of the sealing ring strip for sealing. Therefore, the sealing can be assembled easily. After assembling, the sealing ring strip is positioned steadily. A preferred sealing effect can be derived easily.

    • An assembling structure for balance valve of cold/hot water mixing valve, which includes a balance valve shade board for assembling a water pressure balance valve with the bottom of the mixing valve. A lower surface of the bottom wall of the mixing valve cartridge is formed with an upper balance valve cavity near the cold and hot water incoming holes. Two sides of the bottom wall of the cartridge are formed with latch holes. The balance valve shade board are also formed with a cold and a hot water incoming holes and a mixing water outgoing hole. An upper surface of the balance valve shade board is formed with a lower balance valve cavity near the cold and hot water incoming holes. The upper surface of the balance valve shade board is further formed with a sealing groove along the edges of the mixing water outgoing hole and the lower balance valve cavity. Two sides of the edge of the shade board are disposed with upward extending resilient latch hooks. The balance valve seal and the balance valve are assembled with each other and then together inserted into the sealing groove and lower balance valve cavity of the upper surface of the balance valve shade board. The resilient latch hooks of the shade board are latched in the latch holes of the peripheral wall of the cartridge, so that the balance valve shade board together with the seal and balance valve are secured on the lower surface of the bottom wall of the cartridge.

Accordingly, the lower and upper balance valve cavities together form a leakproof space in which the balance valve is fixedly sealedly accommodated. In assembling procedure, the respective components are accurately located to facilitate the assembling operation.
